Frequently asked questions
How long is the free trial?
Fourteen days, without a card: the platform is ready as soon as the signup is confirmed, and the trial ends on its own. You choose a plan afterwards, on the billing page of your organisation.
What happens when I cancel?
The access ends at the end of the period you paid for, and there is no refund for the days that are left. Upgrades are prorated and charged at once.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
The prices are shown without VAT. The tax is added at checkout, and the tax invoice is issued once the payment completes.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer for now: the invoice carries the details of the account and the subscription starts when the payment arrives. Cards are coming soon.
What happens to my data after the cancellation?
The platform is suspended for 30 days, then it stays read-only for 30 days, then the data is purged. You can export your data during that time.
