Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Peeks platform ("the platform"), whether to learn, to administer an organisation or to buy a course.

1. Accounts and sign-in

• A learner opens an account with their work email; the platform verifies the ownership of the domain before access is granted.
• The account holder is responsible for their password; support never asks for it.
• Anyone using your account is responsible for their activity, so tell us at once about any unauthorised use.

2. Subscriptions and invoices

• Subscriptions are billed yearly or monthly depending on the plan, and the tax invoice is issued once the payment completes.
• The prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Learning content

• Content created on the platform stays the property of its author; Peeks keeps the operational right to use it.
• Content may not be copied, republished or used to train another model without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

• The platform may not be used to publish content that breaches the law or the privacy of others.
• Nobody may attempt to break into, disrupt or measure the platform without permission.

5. Liability

• The platform is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it is available without interruption.
• We are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the platform, including lost profit or lost data.

6. Changes and termination

• We may update these terms; the update applies from the day it is published on this page.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, notifying the account holder where possible.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
