Privacy policy
This policy explains which data we collect about the users of the Peeks platform ("the platform"), why we collect it and how the system protects it.
1. What we collect
- Account data: the name, the email address and the role inside the organisation.
- Learning data: the enrolled courses, the progress and the tests; the learning engine of your organisation owns them.
- Purchase data: the order history and the invoices; they are stored in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Technical data: the IP address as a non-reversible hash, and the browser details in a shortened form.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not sell user data and we do not share it for marketing.
- We do not store card numbers; they are handled on the payment page of the licensed provider.
- We do not run third-party trackers on the pages of your account.
3. Legal basis and purpose
We collect the data to deliver the service you asked for, to meet the legal and financial obligations, and to protect the platform from misuse. We process it on that basis and within those limits.
4. Retention
- Order and invoice records are kept for the period the accounting and tax rules require.
- Analytics events are deleted after 180 days.
- Your account is deleted on request, except for what the rules oblige us to retain.
5. Your rights
You may ask to see your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent to marketing messages. Write to privacy@peeks.sa.
6. Security
The platform is hosted inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the data is protected in transit and at rest, and access rights are reviewed regularly.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we collect or how we protect it changes, and we put the date of the last change at the top of the page.
